Our salon community consists of experienced professionals and up-and-coming stylists from different backgrounds, each bringing a distinct artistic approach to hairstyling, coloring, etc. The variety of expertise and individual styles creates an energizing atmosphere where creativity and inspiration flow freely.

By choosing our salon, stylists have the freedom to manage their schedules, pricing, and services. Comission

  • Experienced Stylists & Nail Techs (20-40hrs/week)

    • Compensation averages $25,000-$75,000+

    • Experience: 9+ months of experience as an Associate role, seeing 20-40 guests per month, receiving 5 new client referrals per month.

  • Associate Stylists & Nail Techs (8-20 hrs/week)

    • Compensation starts at $15/hour

    • Experience: Holds an Illinois Cosmetology License, is comfortable with color theory and placement, with an open mind to learning through our training program.

Rental Options

Leasing

Chair or Nail Tech Rental:

Becoming a renter is a part of the growth path for some service providers, but not all. Renters are still asked to maintain our values of Sustainability with our Green Circle Salon recycling program and using Low-Tox products.

Chair renters may choose to pay monthly or weekly

  • Full Time 6 days (Mon-Sat): $180/week

  • 3 Days per week: $105/week

Note that extra days outside of your set schedule may be added for a fee of $60 per day.

Nail Tech Renters may choose to pay monthly or weekly

  • Full Time 6 days (Mon-Sat): $120/week

  • 3 Days per week: $75/week

Note that extra days outside of your set schedule may be added for a fee of $40 per day.

FAQs

  • Being the new kid on the block is tough! You can sit down with us and we will help you figure out which option is the best for you. Most stylists start commission and then once you are built, booked, and busy transition to booth rental. But not all! Some enjoy the serious perks or being an employee

  • If you’re a nail tech, lash tech, or other beauty industry professional and you think you’d be a good fit for our team and culture, please reach out via email to start a conversation.

  • Professionals are encouraged to express creativity through their hair, makeup, and wardrobe. - No pajamas or hoodies. And cover the 3 Bs (breasts, belly buttons, and bottoms).

    No black is required here. We believe everyone has a color that’s better than black. You are a beauty professional. Look the part!
